F8 has been invaluable for what we need to do as an organization.

There have been multiple times when F8 has been onsite and I'm in the middle of two or three different things. Then, someone comes up and has a problem printing or something. If I turn them away, they wouldn't be able to do what they need to do, but I also would be taken away from something.

However, I can turn to F8 like "Can you save me"? And then they will take care of it.

Then there is the aspect of F8 handling the networking items and procuring hardware. F8 is doing the footwork most of the time.

Everything from the short term to the very long term is handled. F8 has been a huge time and money saver.
