Before F8, we just had one IT person who would set up computers and email accounts.
But the company grew and we suddenly had a main office, field office, and construction site. When that kind of growth happened, we said "Okay, we are going to invest more in technology and invest in a larger team".
When F8 first came in to set up the new office, it was a tedious thing, but they went through it all. Three engineers came onsite and it took about a day. Everything was set up by them.
They respond to day to day requests very fast.
The ticket system is beautiful — 10 minutes and somebody is answering your ticket! If there are any problems, we work through it until the ticket is completed. If there's a problem, I let F8 know and it's taken care of.
They go above and beyond.
